I don’t know you yet, I don’t know what you’ve been through or are going through but I can tell you that I am ready to hear your story and help guide you along this journey in whatever way feels good to YOU.
There’s no one size fits all when it comes to your journey so the way I supported a previous client (maybe your friend referred you to me 😜 ) may not be the same way I support you and if you want a cookie cutter way to be supported then I must tell you I am not that person.
Birth is deeply personal and I treat it that way, I give my whole heart and soul into the families I support whether that’s through pregnancy, labor, postpartum and even with encapsulating your placenta.
Somewhere along the lines we have lost touch with how intimate and sacred birth is and I am trying to help bring that back because you deserve to feel loved, honored, supported, heard and safe during this transformative time in your life.
As a mom of 4 who had 3 cesareans before giving birth vaginally to my 4th baby, and supporting dozens of women on their journey, I know firsthand how having confidence in your body is not just recommended but essential to giving birth on your terms.
How being educated on your rights and your options when it comes to your body and your baby’s birth is a nonnegotiable for your journey.
Who you choose to be on your birth team can determine the outcome of your birth, it can be the factor between you walking away from your birth traumatized or ecstatic. That might sound harsh but it is absolutely true.
I’m not here to say, “pick me, pick me!” Because I will be honest that I am not the doula for everyone and I will never pretend I am. You deserve to find someone that aligns with your beliefs and values and if that’s not me then I will give you resources to other amazing doulas that I know.
My desire is for every woman to get the birth they desire and that doesn’t mean getting everything you wrote on your birth plan, that means going into your birth and postpartum confident and satisfied no matter how it all unfolds.
I used to think my doctor knew me better than I knew myself, I thought they had my best interest at heart no matter what, but the reality is that’s not always true.
I figured that out after I had the most transformative vaginal birth AFTER having 3 c-sections and going against the grain, going against what my doctors said, and following my intuition. ✨
I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to break through those barriers, I did it and YOU can too!
You CAN birth with fear and still have the birth of your dreams. I know it may sound weird to say you can birth with fear but fearing the unknown is normal.
You CAN give birth confidently even if your birth plan changes
You CAN learn to trust your intuition that may have been dimmed throughout your life. Not sure how to even hone into your intuition, let’s chat, I love talking about this! 😃

Postpartum Doula Services
Once your baby has arrived, it is important to have a village on standby to help at your beck and call. Everyone’s journey into parenthood looks different but one thing that should never be overlooked is your mental and physical health!
○ We will create a postpartum plan which includes: who you’d like to visit or not visit when you’d like people to visit or not, meal plans, task division, professional support persons & how you’d like to stay connected to your family, and community
○ Provide your family with information and support on infant feeding
○ You will receive emotional and physical support toward your recovery from childbirth
○ We will work together on infant soothing, and coping skills for you to utilize with your baby
○ Light housework and meal prep/ cooking
○ If you have older children, we will work to incorporate them into this new experience
○ Care for baby while you shower, sleep, or during self-care practices
